Refund Policy

Crew is operated by The Verified Group Ltd, trading as Crew. If you're not happy with Crew, you can request a full refund of any manager-seat charge within 30 days of the payment date. Staff use Crew for free, so there's nothing to refund there.

How to request a refund

Refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record for all Crew sales. You can:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you paid with, or
  • Email us at hello@getcrew.uk and we'll arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

What happens next

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Your manager seat stays active for the remainder of the paid period; staff seats remain free.

After 30 days

You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future charges; we don't pro-rate refunds for the current period after the 30-day window, but access continues until the end of the paid month.
