Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 May 2026

1. Agreement

By using Crew you agree to these terms. Crew is operated by The Verified Group Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales, trading as Crew (“Crew”, “we”, “us”). If you’re using Crew on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

2. The service

Crew is shift-scheduling software, plus an opt-in cover marketplace connecting sites to nearby verified frontline shift workers (logistics, warehousing, security and cleaning). Free for staff. £3 per manager seat per month.

3. Your account

Keep your password secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account. One person per account; no sharing logins.

4. Acceptable use

  • No fake shifts, fake claims, or harassment of other users.
  • No scraping, reverse-engineering, or reselling Crew data.
  • Comply with UK working-time and minimum-wage law for shifts you post.

5. Cover marketplace

Workers claiming open shifts via the network do so as employees or workers of the posting site (not Crew). Crew is an introduction platform, not the employer. Sites must handle right-to-work checks, payroll, and statutory obligations.

6. Payment

Manager seats are billed monthly. Cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Marketplace fee (if enabled): 5% of the gross shift cost.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crew is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or for the conduct of users introduced via the marketplace. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid in that period.

8. Termination

You can delete your account any time. We can suspend accounts that breach these terms.

9. Governing law

England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

This is a starting set of terms. Have a solicitor review it before public launch.
