When your own team can't cover, you'll be able to post the shift to nearby Crew venues. Free to post, 5% fee on shifts that get filled by someone outside your team. Available in London first, rolling out as venues join.
Common questions
Is there really no charge for staff?+
Correct. Every shift worker uses Crew free, forever. You only pay for manager seats — the people building and approving the rota.
What counts as a 'manager seat'?+
Anyone who can post shifts, approve swaps, see hours worked, or export payroll. Staff who only claim shifts and clock in are free.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from settings, no email required. Access continues until the end of your paid month.
Do you have a free trial?+
Yes — 14 days, no card required. After that you keep using the staff app for free even if you don't upgrade.

What about VAT?+
Prices shown exclude VAT. UK customers pay 20% VAT on top, added at checkout.
